Prepare your package
Securely pack the returned jewelry. Include a note with your order number inside the package - this will help us identify your return and process it faster.

You can use any shipping method or Wygodne Zwroty service.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
Keep your tracking number
We recommend keeping your tracking number so you can track your package. In the event of a lost shipment, it will be required to file a claim with the carrier.
Receive your refund
We will issue your refund promptly, no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal from the agreement. In accordance with applicable laws, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned jewelry or until you provide proof of return shipping — whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry made to the customer's individual specifications or tailored to their personal needs, including engraved jewelry, custom-made pieces, and rings made to order in a size selected by the customer.
